With all due respect, Armin, this is a package update that we may do one day. Or there may be another package that might upgrade to the new API. Either way, is there any harm to have an open ticket as a reminder that the package has been updated? Reopening.

Alright, changing it to "Add OpenJPEG" since current version can't be "upgraded" to this one. It's same case as with lcms1 and lcms2.
From what I know, nothing yet uses it. We might add it when the time comes.
