As with make check there is no need to mention --enable-imlib2 because it is yes by default.

Fixed in r11169.
Next time please send patches to mailing lists. I spent 5 minutes figuring out from where to download the patch and trac doesn't notify by mail when someone adds an attachment, so it can remain here for a long time and no one could notice it.

Builds and completes a DESTDIR install with LFS-7.3. I haven't used it. Make check does exist, but for the moment it just wastes time - it goes down through all the subdirectories and reports nothing to be done in each of them. Not sure if we should continue to mention make check.
