Adds support for up to 512 clients in the X server.  Also a warning fix
for C99 compilers, and a build fix for Darwin.

      xproto 7.0.28

      darwin: Include strings.h

      Increase the number of file descriptors

      Use C99 compliant definition of nonnull attribute.
