Description
In configure we have the --libexecdir=/usr/lib/qemu option, yet the chgrp and chmod commands reference /usr/libexec/qemu-bridge-helper

The build instructions incorrectly added the --libexecdir option. That's fixed and the chgrp and chmod instructions are correct.
I also clarified the --target-list portion of the instructions.
Fixed at revision 16659.
