rust-installer needs to be moved to the correct place on anduin

Description ¶
rust-installer-20161004.tar.xz is needed for cargo (that ships with an empty directory, I created the tarball from a git pull).
A copy is now on anduin in my public_html directory, but AFAICS I do not have perms to put it in the main storage area for the book.
Until such time as it has been moved, and the book changed to point to it, the book is pointing to a copy in my LFS space.
I can fix that after the move.

Thanks, I was apparently looking at the wrong place to move it to.
I got a mail from Bruce just before I was going to commit the new pages, so I changed the download before committing. Fixed in r18591.
