Broken link in db-4.2.52.2 content

Trying to get <URL:http://www.sleepycat.com/update/snapshot/db-4.2.52.tar.gz> results in a "404 Not Found". New URI seems to be <URL:ftp://sleepycat1.inetu.net/releases/db-4.2.52.tar.gz>, but I can't confirm this at the moment, because I'm constantly getting the error "530 Sorry, the maximum number of allowed clients (10) are already connected." Does anyone know of official mirrors?

Reported URI works. However, download size is 3.9 MB, not 4.1 MB (at least according to 'ls -hl'). So are we using "real MB" instead of MiB when calculating the sizes?

Updated BLFS instructions with new download location. Also, fixed chown command as suggested in BLFS-dev by Nico R. Leaving download size as is for now. Download size currently reflects actual bytes used, not rounded to power of 1024.

If ls -lh size is wanted for download sizes, and not actual bytes used, a BZ entry should be created for *all* packages, as there are many package's download sizes reflecting actual bytes.
