Noted in the opening paragraph:

"Part of the localnet script is setting up the system's hostname. This needs to be configured in the /etc/sysconfig/network."

Perhaps <command> tags around localnet and the last sentence perhaps should be revised as follows:

This needs to be configured in the /etc/sysconfig/network file. or This needs to be configured in /etc/sysconfig/network.
