Description
Debian removed Groff 1.18.1.1-10 from their FTP and released Groff-1.18.1.1-11. The upgrade is safe, since the only changes are related to the way Debian builds it.

If the only changes are in the way debian builds it, what do we gain from upgrading? If we don't gain anything, then I'd suggest we mark this as Invalid or wontfix.
