Better instructions for Vim spellfiles

Currently the book says:

By default, Vim only installs spell files for the English language. To install spell files for your preferred language, please read the README file located here: ​ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/runtime/spell/

Better:

By default, Vim only installs spell files for the English language. To install spell files for your preferred language, please download the *.spl and, optionally, *.sug file for your language and character encoding from ​ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/runtime/spell/ and save them to /usr/share/vim/vim70/spell.

In fact, in order to use these spellfiles, some configuration in /etc/vimrc is needed, e.g.:

set spelllang=en,ru
set spell

Should we give this example in the book?
