William, could you please cut the developers some slack. r8618 was only committed about 6 minutes before you sent this message. As both committing changes to the book and closing tickets are manual processes you shouldn't expect tickets to be closed at exactly the same time as the commit is made to subversion.
As Randy hinted at above, if you wish to contribute to LFS development, please do so in a more constructive manner (i.e. build a test LFS system from the current development version of the book and report any failures you encounter to the development list).

I installed 128 in my most recent build and that is what I was planning on updating to, simply because I know it works and I didn't have any trouble.
We can always bump to 130 later, after these initial package updates.
