Description
DIY and CLFS both use --disable-libmudflap and --disable-libgomp for Gcc Pass 1. We should condiser adding those switches to pass1 of Gcc.

There is no compelling technical reason mentioned in this ticket for doing so. If you wish to see this in the book, I suggest starting a discussion about why putting these in LFS is the right thing to do. The reasons given should be technically sound. (CLFS and DIY do it are not valid reasons.)
