Description
A description of what the '--disable-nls' switch does when compiling gcc in chapter 5.5.1 seems to have gone missing.

The --disable-nls parameter is already explained in 5.4.1 (Binutils), and as a rule we don't repeat configure options' description in subsequent packages.
