Thanks Marty. I've generated the man pages and uploaded them as a patch to the patches repo. I've upgraded LFS in r8810.

The deal with requiring docbook-tools to generate the man pages has returned. Did anyone from LFS contact upstream about this before? I have done that just now to see what they say.
