Description
Instead of having to download the ld.so package, create a patch for man-pages that includes the ldo.so man pages, one less package to worry about and we can then keep adding man pages to the patch that we really should have (tar for example, etc)

SanjuroE on #LFS pointed out an interesting point, patch isn't installed in chapter 5 (static) so how can man-pages be patch'ed if there is no patch? :)
So, we either move the patch installation up before man-pages..or..well :) (the down side to this is the patch tarball may have newer man pages then what man- pages is shipped with, hence overriding newer ones..anyways)

Ok, we all agreed to a static patch in chapter 5.

Patch added to chapter 5 and quickly tested to see if it compiles static. It does from a LFS-3.0-pre2 system, we'll have to test from a glibc-2.0.x and glibc-2.1.x based system. We'll get to that eventually anyways so we can fix the compile instructions later if we need to.
Done.
