kdb baskspace patch renamed in book, not on server

Description ¶
After the version bump of kbd to 2.0.2, the references to the backspace patch in the book got renamed to match to version of kdb, while the version at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/lfs/development is still named kbd-2.0.1-backspace-1.patch. I've tested applying the patch against kbd-2.0.2 sources and it applies cleanly. I'll be testing the build tonight.

I should have realized this might be the case. I will be slower to react on similar (non-)issues in the future. It was straight forward enough to take care of by hand. Next time, I will give it at least a day or two before even concidering adding a ticket. Thank you for the patience you showing me.

It has only been updated in svn. Current online book still has kbd-2.0.1. When book gets rendered (in a couple of hours), the patch will be in the right place.
