6.2.7 contains fix for CVE-2023-28466. It affects in-kernel TLS. Not sure if KTLS is used by any LFS/BLFS package.

Now 6.2.9. I didn't notice it and put 6.2.8 into the book.

There are 6 CVEs fixed in 6.2.3, one CVE fixed in 6.2.7, and 4 CVEs fixed in 6.2.9. We'll need a large advisory...

6.2.9 has no UAPI header change from 6.2.8, so I'll update to 6.2.9 once it boots successfully.
