Description
The current book's structure is inappropriate for dealing with newbies. Also it should present a clear hierarchy on preferred information channels. I think that this bug could be closed. Almost all the related acepted propossals are now included in
HEAD or newxml.

Agreed, I think everyone's in favour of the changes made. Closing.
