Links to CVS, Test and Stable give a 403 Forbidden error

Description
On the UK mirror the links to the CVS, Test and Stable versions of the book give a 403 firobidden error but clicking on "previous releases" and maualy selecting 5.03-pre3 or stable work. Also this problem affects only the UK mirror.
