kbd-1.08: manpages for setvesablank and getunimap are not installed

Description
The current kbd-1.08-more-programs patch enables the installation of three additional programs: setlogcons, setvesablank and getunimap. But it forgots to install its manpages. Attached a new version of this patch which also installs these manpages. Note: setlogcons does not have a manpage to install.
I'm submitting this patch to patches list ASAP.

The new patch is not real kosher because it contains use of brace expansion which is likely to fail when not using bash as the shell. But that probably doesn't matter for the book.

I just sent an updated version to the patches list. The version number is the same: kbd-1.08-more-programs-2.patch.
