Not sure if this is a bug, but it's annoying.
Also, the main LFS URL there points to http://linuxfromscratch.org, and should be http://www.linuxfromscratch.org.

No, main LDP site (see URL attached to this bug). But, after a forced refresh, it showed the updated version. Sorry.

Ummm, Bugzilla is the wrong place to log this. You should be talking to the LDP directly about the url. Or at the very least, pester Gerard to email them.
PS - 5.0 is there. Are you looking at a stale mirror?
