The URL pointing to freshmeat leads to two other links, neither having 1.4.1 (1.4.o is latest)

There are 2 branches of 'm4' available from freshmeat. It unfortunately goes to the 'development' branch by default. There's a 'branches' section towards the bottom of that page which points one to ​http://freshmeat.net/projects/gnum4/?branch_id=35511. This has a link to the GNU FTP site which has m4-1.4.1 available.
