Version increment to 0.60
Release notes say this is a major ABI/API change. .so name change among other things. It may be best to hold off and let GNOME/KDE/etc. catch up before updating this package.

Version increment to 0.61
Unfortunately, this is not an easy-to-just-change-the-entity-and-go-with-it update.
Much research is going to have to be done on the 0.60 API/ABI changes.
