Right, there is one in fact: #2225 (should probably rename the ticket). I'm just treating xkeyboard-config differently because it's not released as part of Xorg. Although Xorg is the primary consumer, the development and schedule of xkeyboard-config is done separately. So, this is an exception in the Xorg chapter, and XCB probably will be, too.

Replying to dnicholson@linuxfromscratch.org:

Then the package should probably be moved elsewhere (providing there is a dependency listed for it). As long as there is a dependency for it on some Xorg package it could probably be safely moved. If there is no dependency for it, then leave it, or do like we do in GNOME and simply put a placeholder page indicating that you need to install it. See the GNOME desktop-file-utils page for an example.

I don't mind moving it to X Libraries or something. There is a dependency in xorg-server for it.

I would like to propose that we make a blanket ticket for Xorg-7.2 updates. Each package that needs an update could be annotated there. If it becomes too difficult, perhaps we could break it out some, but I don't want to have 200 tickets open for Xorg package updates.
Hopefully this make some sense.
