Some useful certs are not installed, if bin is to be believed (see bug 27)

Description ¶
During pine install, pine complains about missing files (but completes successfully). Manually copying the certs directory contents to /etc/ssl/certs quited pine. But I know *nothing* about this stuff and do not know if this is needed, useful or just noise form pine.
