Updated BLFS to Apache-2.0.51

Leaving the bug open as the following was noted:

  1. using the --ldap switches to configure causes the build to break.
  2. Had to comment out the lib/apache/mod_isapi.so module from the

httpd.conf file as it causes the Apache daemon to not start correctly.
