newer versions of lilo won't compile without nasm

Description
Lilo wouldn't compile without nasm. Installed latest release of nasm without a hitch and lilo compiled as advertised.

We're moving towards using Grub and removing Lilo, so no more lilo updates will take place because it requires nasm and to add nasm as a temporary fix isn't worth the trouble we'll have to go through.
